1. Agreement

By using inkbloomhaven.life you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site. Studio services are governed separately by signed scope letters which prevail on conflict for paid work.

2. Operator

3. Site content

Text and images describe studio methods and neighbourhood context. Content is informational, not legal, financial or professional advice. We may change pages without notice.

Nothing on the site promises particular commercial outcomes. Case shapes in Fieldbook are anonymised illustrations of method, not outcome promises.

British spelling is used throughout unless quoting client material.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape at rates that impair service, or misuse contact details for unsolicited bulk messages.

Do not frame the site in a misleading context or imply endorsement without written permission.

You may link to public pages with a fair description of our studio. Deep linking to images without surrounding page context is discouraged.

5. Intellectual property

Site design, copy and studio photography are owned by us or licensed for our use. Trademarks of clients appear only with permission in fieldbook contexts.

Client work product remains client property under engagement terms. We retain internal methodology documents.

You may view and print pages for personal business reference. Redistribution, republication or commercial reuse requires written permission.

6. Third-party services

Google Maps embeds and font delivery from Google servers are third-party services subject to their terms. See Cookies notice for map-related storage.

Links to third-party sites, if added later, are not our responsibility once you leave inkbloomhaven.life.

7. Disclaimer

Site is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability and accuracy of every detail at every moment.

Liability for site use is limited to the maximum extent permitted in Singapore.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is unlawful, nor fraud.

8. Engagement relationship

Email or Site Visit does not create a client relationship until a scope letter is signed by both parties.

Confidential information shared before signing may be covered by mutual NDA if requested in writing.

Verbal assurances not recorded in scope letters are not binding. Methods described on the site are general, not engagement-specific deliverables.

9. Indemnity

You agree not to misuse materials downloaded from the site in violation of these terms. You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use where permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise for consumers where applicable.

11. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect. The unenforceable provision is replaced with one closest to original intent permitted by law.

12. Changes

We may revise terms by posting an updated version dated on this page. Material changes will not apply retroactively to signed engagements.

Your continued browsing after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted. Check effective date: 13 August 2026.

14. Entire agreement for site

These terms together with Privacy and Cookies notices form the entire agreement regarding use of inkbloomhaven.life. Prior oral statements about site mechanics do not bind us if inconsistent with posted text.

Translated summaries for convenience do not override English text if they differ.

15. Survival

Sections on intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law and interpretation survive termination of your browsing session or engagement where applicable to past use of the site.

Survival does not extend studio engagement payment terms — those live only in scope letters.

16. Language

These terms are drafted in English for Singapore readers. If we publish translations later, English controls on conflict unless law requires otherwise.

Plain-language summaries on Plainspeak are guides only and do not amend these terms.

17. Waiver

No waiver of any term is effective unless in writing signed by us. A waiver of one breach does not waive later breaches of the same or other terms.

Our failure to act on a minor breach does not consent to repeated breaches.

Written waivers apply only to the specific breach and term identified in the writing.
