SHEET 01 · TIONG BAHRU

The campaign, drawn before it is built

We draw campaign architecture, message hierarchy and channel sequence from a walk-up studio on Moh Guan Terrace — before anyone spends a day building assets.

Situation

When the brief arrives as a folder of half-aligned slides

Founders and marketing leads often reach us after a product launch date is fixed but the story still reads differently in every channel. The website says one thing, the sales deck another, and the social posts were written under separate assumptions. That is normal — and it is fixable without theatrics.

Ink Bloom Haven is an independent marketing studio on Moh Guan Terrace. We work with Singapore and regional teams on campaign architecture, creative direction, editorial production and launch communications. Our register is plain, our documents are filed, and our studio hours are posted on the Stairfoot page.

We describe methods on this site. We do not promise particular commercial outcomes. Scope is agreed in writing before studio time is reserved.

E/01

Campaign architecture

We map audiences, proof points and message sequence before any channel is chosen. The architecture document travels with every draft so reviewers know why a line was kept.

E/02

Positioning and message hierarchy

One position, one order of arguments — written before channels are chosen so a headline never contradicts a sales paragraph.

E/03

Creative direction

Visual tone, typographic rules and proof standards — pinned before production so every asset shares the same spine.

E/04

Channel orchestration

Each channel receives a role, a rhythm and an approval path — mapped so messages do not drift out of line across surfaces.

Our default engagement moves from brief intake to filed handover in five marked stages. The Scalebar page explains each segment and typical studio artefacts.

Margin notes travel with the work

Every engagement receives a margin stamp on the cover sheet: revision letter, date and studio initials. It is a small habit borrowed from architectural drafting — and it keeps downstream teams aligned when folders are forwarded months later.

See the Handover page for the stair-run sequence we use at engagement close.

Neighbourhood

Tiong Bahru as working context

The studio sits in a pre-war walk-up block between the market and the estate library. Clients sometimes meet us at the kopitiam downstairs before we climb to the third floor. The spiral stair at the rear — photographed for our Walk-up page — is narrow but well lit after nine in the morning.

We reference local landmarks in drafts when it helps ground a story: Seng Poh Road for foot traffic patterns, the community centre for event timing, Yong Siak Street when discussing retail adjacency. Geography is data, not decoration.

The table above is where most proof sessions happen. Sheets are pinned, not stacked, so nothing hides beneath something else. We photograph the table when a client asks for a progress still — never as stock filler.

Channel orchestration, content systems and launch communications are described on the Elevations page. Site Visit explains how we run a first meeting. Plainspeak collects plain-language answers to common questions.

To reserve studio time, use the contact details on Stairfoot. We reply within posted hours when messages arrive by email or telephone.

Record

What leaves the studio in writing

  • Campaign architecture memo with annotated audience map
  • Creative direction sheet with proof initials and dates
  • Editorial calendar with channel notes and owner initials
  • Launch communications plan with timing gates
  • Handover index filed at engagement close — see Handover

Nothing on this site replaces a signed scope letter. Legal, privacy, terms and cookie notices are linked from the footer. Privacy questions go to [email protected].

We host this site in Singapore and keep records proportionate to the work described. Each sentence here was checked against our house style before publication on 13 August 2026.

Marketing teams in Singapore often juggle regional campaigns with local proof requirements. We document both on the architecture memo so a Singapore paragraph never contradicts a Kuala Lumpur footnote.

When you are ready to talk, begin with a short email to [email protected]. Include your organisation, timeline and whether you prefer Site Visit on Moh Guan Terrace or a video call. We answer during posted hours and suggest next steps in plain language — usually a scale recommendation rather than a generic capabilities deck.
