What kind of studio is Ink Bloom Haven?

An independent marketing studio in Tiong Bahru focused on campaign architecture, creative direction and editorial production for Singapore and regional teams. We describe methods on this site; we do not promise particular commercial results. Ink Bloom Haven is the registered studio name — we do not use it as a promise in body copy.

How do engagements begin?

Usually with a Site Visit — in person or by video — followed by a written scale recommendation. Scope is confirmed in a letter before studio time is reserved. Materials sent ahead shorten the first meeting; materials withheld until the door extend Mark 1 on the scale bar.

Do you publish commercial terms online?

No. Scalebar shapes describe depth and typical duration, not commercial terms. Scope letters addressed to your organisation carry the detail.

Which spelling convention do you use?

British spelling by default — organise, centre, colour — unless your house style specifies otherwise.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. We often mark drafts while your team implements. Blue line convention keeps roles clear. Your team publishes; we mark architecture alignment and tone drift when you send drafts back on the agreed schedule.

Do you handle media buying or performance advertising?

No. We orchestrate message and asset readiness. Media execution stays with your partners or internal team unless separately agreed in writing. We can mark media briefs in blue line review when you share them, but we do not buy placements or report click metrics.

How quickly do you reply to email?

During posted hours — Mon–Thu 09:00–18:00, Fri 09:00–17:00 SGT — we aim to acknowledge within one business day. [email protected] is the general desk. Urgent does not mean after-hours; it means same-day when your message arrives before fifteen hundred and scope already exists.

Where is privacy explained?

On the Privacy page, with supplementary detail in Terms and Cookies. Direct questions go to [email protected].

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

The third-floor unit is reachable only by stair. We offer ground-floor kopitiam meetings or video when stair access is a barrier.

Which elevation should we start with?

Start with E/01 when messaging disagrees across channels, E/02 when the position is unclear, and E/03 when words agree but visuals feel generic. Site Visit ends with a written recommendation — see the Elevations page for the full discipline list.

What happens at engagement close?

See Handover — five treads from final proof to indexed files. A short clarification window follows as named in your scope letter. Retainer clients receive monthly mini-handovers even when no launch occurred that month.

We revise Plainspeak when clients ask recurring questions. This edition is dated 13 August 2026.

Plainspeak deliberately avoids jargon borrowed from advertising awards circuits. If a term appears on Elevations, it is defined there in context. If it appears in a scope letter, it carries the definition from that letter.
